I’m just like you, friend. I’m a wife, mom, nurse, daughter, sister, aunt, and friend. Knock on my door & I’m your neighbor who shares a bag of flour and brown eggs.
Whether I’m in my home, surrounded by women at my dining table, speaking in a small group, on a podcast mic, writing, or at a hospital bedside, I exist to serve & glorify God.
I want to encourage wives & moms to flourish in every way despite their circumstantial valleys or mountaintops.

Testimony
I spent too many years drowning in lies. My untrained thought life misguided my heart beliefs. In my brokenness, I attempted to handmake my significance…until it all crumbled. Marriage and raising children were filled with anxiety & fear. I was overwhelmed and at the end of my rope.
But, I had an encounter with Jesus Christ!
